Sparrow likes Moreta most.  And then probably Dragonsblood, which isn't listed but I liked that a lot too. (Odd that those are both the most recent ones I've read... *brick'd*) |

Dragonquest. It has lots of F'nor, and F'nor could kick F'lar's butt any day. Or Sean's. Or any other Rider in the history of Riders.
But, I will admit, if Kindan had Impressed, he would surpass F'nor in awesomeness. But, suffice it to say, he didn't and so he doesn't. My next favourite book would be Dragonsblood. And then probably Chronicles of Pern: First Fall. I love her short stories.

ok...i'll confess...I was the one who voted other earlier today.
My favorite isn't on here....All The Weyrs of Pern....so i felt that voting for any other book would be like burning it...

Hmm. Dragonseye is joint lead with my favourite, Dragonsdawn at the moment. I should probably read that one soon then.

Dragonsdawn for me.  That scene with Telgar and Bitra near the end is just great. I still wince when I think of what happens to Telgar's heel. >.< |

I just like how it goes from pretty much being sci-fi at the very beginning to being the Pern we all know and love by the end <3 And it has about how Dragons came about which is interesting and all.

I voted Dragonseye primarily because of P'tero and M'leng. I wish someone would write a book with them as the main characters. Seriously.
But I also love Dragonquest because of F'nor. I totally agree with you on that, Felina.

Dragonsdawn has to be my number one. I, like Kirin, love the way that dragons were first made. I also love the sci-fi to DRoP way that Dragonsdawn was made. I just finished reading Dragon's Fire. I think that Todd is going along great with the series.
