Physical

• Hair: A sandy blonde, but usually he cuts it all off, something that works very well for G'ryn, for he has never been big on washing hair.
  
• Eyes: Bluey-greeny-gray, his eye color seems to vary from day to day. Some days it seem more blue, others more green, and occasionally they seem more gray but that doesn't happen often and seems to occur most on cold days. Blue seems to be their most common color, but whatever the shade there is always a good mix of all three. It's just sort of a matter of what color is most dominant that day.
  
• Height: A little over six feet, but not quite six-one
  
• Weight: 170ish
  
• Defining characteristics: G'ryn has a rather square head with a strong jaw. His large nose sort of dominates his face, ears of a similar size seem to just jut out of his head and are also probably the most expressive part of his body. His eyes, on the other hand, are small and the skin around them is creased from the sun making him have to squint all the time.
  Slightly heavy-set, G'ryn is well-muscled from years of working with dragons. These are lean muscles though, for strength and not appearance. He usually wears loose-fitting clothes that hide all his musculature anyways.
  
• Anything extra: He likes to sing, but doesn't tell anyone. >.> It's his special secret.
  

Extra

• Personality: More of a silent type, G'ryn doesn't ever go searching for company and always likes to take some alone time every day. He rarely actively avoids people though. Also very quick to laugh at things, he has a very good sense of humor, although he isn't always the best at making jokes of his own. It's rare for G'ryn to really get mad, and the anger doesn't usually last long. Like his dragon, he is a patient person and does his best to understand things.
  
• Family: Father - 71, Mother- 71, Older brother- 37, Older sister- 34, Younger brother-28
  
• Pets: Two blue flitts, Wave and Kess
  
• History: Born at one of the larger holds in the Southern Continent, G'ryn didn't see a lot of his family. There was a lot of work, as twenty years isn't really enough to completely establish a hold, going on to continue working on getting everything right at the hold. Once he was old enough to work, he started helping out too and so knows his way around that hold particularly well. (Are there names to the holds?)
  When he was thirteen a blue rider came to the hold and took several of the young boys and girls there away- G'ryn included. He didn't impress that first time he went to the sands though, one of very few. Most of those who didn't impress were disappointed and seemed to sort of withdraw, so over the next two years he didn't make many friends.
  Finally G'ryn found himself on the sands again. This time a light brown dragonet hatched, and after a few long moments of confusion made his way to G'ryn. Upon arriving, he managed to trip over his feet and knocked itself and the candidate to the ground, meanwhile crying Rorth is so very hungry! His feet do not even seem to be working his belly cries so loudly! And that had basically been it.
  
  Some years later, G'ryn now twenty-two turns and Rorth seven, a small green rose. The brown shot out to chase her, but failed. Despite that first failure, he made many other attempts at other greens but still hasn't caught. Rorth was not the type to give up on a goal though, and continud trying.
  
  A little over a year ago, Rorth fifteen and G'ryn twenty-nine, the brown finally succeeded in catching a large green. He hasn't chased dragons since then, seeming satisfied with this one victory. G'ryn knows that it's only a matter of time before Rorth decides to chase again, but for now takes advantage of the break.

• Dragon name and color: Rorth - Brown

• Dragon Appearance: A little lighter in color than most browns, and also quite large- nearly 40 meters long. On his right shoulder though is a large splotch of darker color, no particular shape it is just sort of circular with 'paint splatter' edges. Other than that, he is similar to other Browns.
  
• Dragon personality: A mix between thoughtful and playful, Rorth loves teasing his Mine (especially during bathtime) but when it comes to dilemmas prefers thinking them out. One of the smaller browns, he is a quick flyer and agile flyer, but has the usual stamina of one of his rank.
