- No cream, black or purple riders will be accepted. These dragons can only be impressed, and they are extremely rare.
- Golds will only impress to heterosexual females. Bronzes will only impress to heterosexual males. Do not ask for your female to impress a bronze, or for your male to impress a gold.
- A player can have a maximum of five dragonrider characters each.
- A player can have a maximum (within the five rider limit) of one gold rider, two bronze riders, one cream rider, one purple rider, or two black riders.
- Each player can have a maximum of two 'special coloured' dragons, ie two blacks or a cream and a purple, etc.
- If a dragonrider goes idle (particularly the rider of a gold), their character may be put up for adoption.
