H'del pulled off his soaked shirt and looked at his dragon.
" Really, that was not funny! I don't have another shirt!" but he couldn't help but laugh at least a little at the beast's antics.
Malloth almost grinned. His caramel and deep bronze swirled hide shiny with all the water still on it. No Hav, it was not funny...it was hysterical!
H'del sighed and fell back onto the grass, it was going to take forever for that shirt to dry so early in the morning! Why did Maly like to bathe so early? He looked over and saw the dragon was already asleep in a sunny patch of grass...ah...that's why. He grinned.
H'del stretched and closed his eyes, relaxing wasn't a bad think...but it was early.

The sight of water made K'eld's skin crawl, but he knew that there was no stopping what was about to happen. At least land before you dive, he thought, I can't keep having to dry out your straps out!
The big, black dragon under K'eld snorted as he circled the water. I'll do what I want! Svarth roared, as he dove down towards the water.
"SVARTH!!" K'eld roared as he hung onto the great beast as they dropped out of the sky at a steep disent. He reached back and grabbed hold of the Bronze bullet that was latched onto his shoulder. "Hold on Skel!!" he shouted, grinning from ear to ear as Svarth dove.
As the last second, as the water was coming extremely close, K'eld pushed off and tucked Skel into his arms, hitting the ground and rolling as Svarth disappeared into the water, causing a rather large wave to graze the shore, soaking K'eld to the bone. [/sup]

H'del jumped up from all the ruccus. His heart was beating fast...who was here this early?!
He spotted the boy and his black dragon as the dragon resurfaced. One of the black dragons! This was pretty cool, H'del had to admit...even if it had interrupted his nap.
Hmmm...what...oh. Svarth is the dragon...Zzz the only movement the lazy lump of a dragon made was a little raise of his head when the other dove in.
Thanks.
" Hey now fellow, greetings Black Svarth. I'm H'del and this is lazy Malloth." H'del smiled at them...a genuine smile. At least this morning he could get to know someone that might be one of his wing members.

Sitting on the ground, glaring at Svarth, who was up to his head in the water, K'eld turned when he heard someone. He only regarded the man, for a second, with little interest, but within a matter of a few seconds, he was interested. "Ou," he said, waving two fingers at the Bronze Rider.
That is Malloth, K'eldMine, Svarth hissed, making bubbles with his breath.
Turning to look at his dragon, K'eld stood, letting Skel go, only to watch as the little Brone lizard became a blur as he flew to play in the water. "Hello, Bronze Malloth, and Rider," he said, pushing his soppy, black hair out of his eyes. [/sup]

H'del laughed.
" Malloth is an odd one huh? Of course not as odd as your Black..lovely color by the way." he said as he came over to the younger man. " I got soaked too...my only sharding shirt...and now Malloth has a good few hours to sleep while it dries."
He looked at the boy, but must have never seen him before. Nice looking fellow...some competition for H'del in the ladies-world.
" So, seems as if I have never met you before lad...what might your name be?" H'del grinned at him and looked over at the dragon and fire-lizard playing in the water.

Looking over his shoulder, K'eld watched as Svarth flicked his tail, causing a short wave to splash Skel. "Yeah, he's an odd one. Thank you, Malloth is just as nice," he said, suddenly feeling Skel on his shoulder. He put a hand up and scratched the Bronze lizard's eye ridge.
Can I play with the other Bronze? the little firelizard questioned, crooning in K'eld's ear. Not right now, Skel, play with Svarth and try and stay as dry as possible, K'eld ordered, as Skel took off, zipping to the Black dragon's snout.
Shaking his head, K'eld turned his attention back to the other man. "I'm K'eld of Black Svarth and Bronze firelizard Skel." [/sup]

" Well then, good morning K'eld and thank you for complimenting Malloth. Were he awake, he would probably lick you." H'del patted the boy on the shoulder.
He watched the little Bronze and smiled as he saw him play with the Black dragon.
" There are still so many people here that I don't know. Sometimes it's embarrassing...but I can always go for the ladies. You certainly know what I mean, hmm?" he laughed and asked the boy as he sat down.

((Hope you don't mind if I join in., if you do just ignore me.))
Velain had woken early, unable to sleep because of the intolerable conditions of the candidate barracks. He fell out of his cot several times during the night because it was so small, and a candidate nearby had been snoring throughout the night. This was simply outrageous! He grumbled to himself as he dressed, wondering what he was going to do now. He still had a few hours before chores began (ugh, chores, that was a whole other complaint!) and he wasn't hungry yet, either.
Spark, his blue fire-lizard, arrived and yawned in his face, then sent a picture of the lake, where some other fire-lizards were playing. "Fine," Velain said, and followed the little blue to the lake. He didn't like swimming, really, but he guessed he could just sit on the shore and relax.
He was dismayed to see two other people there, but brightened at the sight of the dragons. Velain didn't respect much in life, but dragons were one thing that he loved. As Spark chirped and dipped into the water, Velain stood a good distance away, watching the bronze and black and wondering if the riders would let him have a closer look.

Unbuckling his overcoat and pulling the dripping clothing off, K'eld thingyed his head to one side, causing his messy hair to fall limply in his face. Lying the long, black overcoat on a rock to dry, then taking a seat near H'del, he thought long and hard about the Bronze Rider's comment.
"It's been so long since I've been around other humans, mainly females that I probably wouldn't know how to act around them," he commented, watching as Svarth slipped from the water, only to stretch out on the sands, stretching his wings out to sun himself.
At the sight of another firelizard, Skel zipped back to K'eld only to fly away as fast as he could, making his way to play with the little blue. This caused K'eld to grin slightly, happy to see Skel having fun.
"Seem's we've drawn someone's attention," he commented, glancing at the young man who was watching the dragons. [/sup]

" Come now K'eld! Anyone can woo a woman...hehe...he just has to know how." He too was watching the fire-lizard playing, and was surprised for a second as the second one appeared.
" Ah, must be a Candidate. LAD COME ON WE WON'T BITE" H'del shouted at the boy. " He seems a little mesmerized by the dragons." H'del smiled a little lopsided.
Could you wake up for a little while and let the boy dote over you? H'del asked Malloth.
If you want me to, I will.
H'del smiled. " I hope that the kid likes to talk or play with dragons!"

K'eld shrugged his shoulders and trailed his eyes after Skel. Svarth, my Beloved. Why not join us, who are awake, and come see the Candidate? he sent, glancing over at the Black dragon who seemed to snoring. "I just hope Svarth doesn't try to eat him."
Humans taste bad, [/b][/color] Svarth hissed, orange colored orbs gazing at K'eld, even while he started towards K'eld and H'del. K'eld couldn't help himself and fell back to the ground, holding his stomach as he tried to keep the laughter in. He succeded, but little whimpers of laughter escaped, causing him to sound like Svarth's thoughts were hurting him.[/center][/sup]

" Hmmm? He told a joke?" H'del asked grinning. He watched the shiny looking Black dragon come over to them.
" It's really amazing that something so different could come from a regular mating isn't it. Pure beauty." He reached out a hand for Svarth to decide whether or not he wanted to be petted by H'del.
Malloth mumbled and got lazily to his hind-quarters. Then he began to lumber over also. I hope this is worth it Hav.

Sitting up, and getting to his feet, K'eld nodded, watching as H'eld reached out to pet Svarth. His first reaction was to reach for his belt and grab the dagger to defend his dragon, but he surpressed the thought, seeing how H'del was a Rider. "He did," K'eld stated, his tone flat and emotionless as he watched H'del with dark eyes. It had been some time sense someone other than himself had touched Svarth.
And I thought you might over react, [/b][/color] Svarth crooned, reaching his snout out to H'del indicating it was alright to touch him. You will always be Mine.[/b][/color] K'eld nodded his head, silently agreeing with his dragon. "But it is the more . . . normal color . . . dragons that interest me," he said, turning his attention to the approaching Malloth. "Compairing your Malloth to my Svarth, and you have so many differances that they outnumber the similiarities," K'eld commented, as Skel landed on his shoulder, crooning and showing him images of his activities with the blue firelizard. He reached his hand up, petting Skel's eyeridge, while watching Svarth interact with H'del.[/center][/sup]

H'del smiled and petted the nose of the Black dragon.
" New things are not always bad, like new dragons!" he grinned at K'eld. " They are very different, but really...it's a good change. Malloth is in agreement, but some people just don't see it that way."
Malloth came over to K'eld and poked him with his nose. He rumbled and wanted to be petted like Svarth. H'del laughed.
" You'd better pet him, if you don't he might sit on you!" but he was smiling and laughing. He looked over at the Candidate and waved again for him to come over.

Svarth rumbled in contentment as H'del petted his nose. He was use to K'eld's hands, but after a while, the kind hand of another Rider felt good when put against his own Rider. You should stay in touch with this human, he seems knowledgable, K'eldMine, Svarth crooned.
K'eld thought of stepping away from Malloth, but changed his mind when H'del mentioned that Malloth may sit on him. "I've had Svarth nearly sit on me, and I think I'll pass when it comes to your Malloth," he mentioned, petting Malloth's bronze snout. Skel reached out with his snout and tried to touch snouts with Malloth, only K'eld was to far away. The little flitt chirped at Malloth, but didn't move away from K'eld's shoulder. [/sup]
